Every Digimatrimony partner agrees to this Code of Conduct. Breach can lead to suspension or termination of the partner account and website without refund.

1. Women-run franchise

• Digimatrimony franchises are exclusively for women. You must run your franchise yourself; do not let anyone else (including family members) operate your account, dashboard or website, or share your login.
• Your photo ID must be genuine and your own. If we find that an account is operated by someone else or registered with false details, we may suspend or terminate it without refund.

2. Honesty with families

• During your 7-day free trial, tell every client you register that their profile will be deleted permanently if your franchise fee is not paid by the end of the trial.
• Register only genuine profiles, with the client's informed consent (the consent box on the registration form).
• Clearly tell clients your fees and what they include before collecting money, and issue receipts. Never promise a guaranteed match or marriage.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as an employee of Digimatrimony.

3. Privacy and data

• Use profiles only for matchmaking. Never sell, publish, forward in bulk, or post profiles on social media or other matrimony sites.
• Do not copy, screenshot or share women's photos; they are blurred and copy-protected for their safety.
• Contact families registered by another partner only through that partner. Do not approach them directly.
• Keep your login private and remove a client's profile promptly when they ask.

4. Respect and safety

• Treat clients and other partners respectfully. No harassment, discrimination or pressure tactics.
• Report fake or suspicious profiles and any request for money between families.
• Do not help arrange underage, forced or unlawful marriages, or dowry.

5. Brand use and website names

• Choose a genuine area/locality and/or community name for your website. Do not register names only to hold them; unpaid trial names are released when the trial account is deleted.
• Use the Digimatrimony name, logo, templates and videos only for your partner business and only while your membership is active.
• Do not change the logo or create other websites or pages that claim to be Digimatrimony.

6. Complaints and enforcement

Clients can report a partner from the partner's website or to our Grievance Officer. Digimatrimony will investigate, may ask for information, and may warn, suspend or terminate the partner. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam.
