These Terms govern use of www.digimatrimony.com and the Digimatrimony associate network operated by DIGI MATRIMONY GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U96091AP2026PTC126622), having its registered office at 45-44A-12, 80 Feet Road, New Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016. By registering you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal marriageable age, legally able to marry, and using the service for genuine matrimonial purposes for yourself or (with their consent) a family member.

2. Accounts and fees

Direct online registration on www.digimatrimony.com is a paid annual membership; all prices shown there are exclusive of GST and GST is added at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for every payment made through the site. Fees for associates, packs and plans are set by Digimatrimony and may change; the price shown at the time of payment applies.

3. Associates and customer registration

Associates are independent franchise partners approved by Digimatrimony. They must collect customer consent, register only genuine profiles, use downloaded profiles only for matchmaking, never forward or publish them, and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

When an associate registers a customer, the associate may collect the customer registration fee offline (cash or any other means). That offline fee is 100% the associate's; Digimatrimony does not invoice it, does not take a share of it, and does not credit the associate's wallet for it. Online collection of the same fee through the Digimatrimony site is optional, not required. If the associate chooses to collect online, GST is added at checkout, a GST invoice is issued, and the amount excluding GST is credited to the associate's wallet (default 100%, configurable by Digimatrimony).

Profile downloads and profile packs always require online payment through Digimatrimony. On each such sale (or pack credit used), the amount excluding GST is split 60% to the associate who registered the profile and 40% to Digimatrimony (or as otherwise configured). Associate earnings from online sales are credited to their wallet and paid out manually by Digimatrimony.

4. Your conduct

  • Provide true information; do not impersonate anyone.
  • Do not harass, defraud or ask other members for money.
  • Do not copy, screenshot, download or redistribute other members' photos or data.
  • Report suspicious profiles using “Report this profile”.

5. Verification

We review profiles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by members. Please verify details independently before any commitment.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or remove profiles or accounts that breach these Terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. See also our Disclaimer.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam have exclusive jurisdiction.
