All fees charged online by DIGI MATRIMONY GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (registered office: 45-44A-12, 80 Feet Road, New Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016) are exclusive of GST; GST is charged additionally as per law. Fees collected offline by associates are between the associate and the customer and are not refundable by Digimatrimony.

1. Online registration

Once your membership is activated and you have accessed search, the registration fee is non-refundable. If you were charged but your membership was not activated, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

2. Associate membership

Associate fees are refundable in full only if Digimatrimony does not approve your web office. After activation the fee is non-refundable.

3. Profile downloads and packs

A profile download is non-refundable once downloaded. Unused pack credits are non-refundable and expire as stated on the pack.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

Amounts debited for failed or duplicate transactions are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of confirmation, subject to bank timelines.
